Looking to design a minimalistic for my bagel company

1 large logo aprox 300 pixels in width
1 small logo for favicon aprox 32 pixels in width
1 banner that includes logo in the left and company title on the right or center with a Serif font
1 selection of matching San Serif Font for content
1 medium sized watermark logo approx. 100px wide with large amount of transparency for overlaying photographs

Requirements:
Logo needs to say ‘Roxs Bagel Box’

1 logo 934 x 464 pixels
3 unique brand lifestyle images 934 x464 pixels
1 rectangle lifestyle image 720 x 540 pixels
