About the Job
This important role serves as a key member of a highly productive marketing team that promotes both our brand and the commercial and residential properties we represent. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is quick thinking and motivated to work both individually and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines. The Junior Graphic Designer is expected to contribute ideas and solutions to the marketing team’s creative projects that promote the corporate brand and deliver key projects and initiatives for the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts and designs
-Collaborate with other members of the creative team to produce high-quality work
-Execute design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the project brief
-Create and produce design layouts and graphics for various media, including digital and print
-Conduct research and stay up-to-date on design trends to ensure that designs are current and relevant
-Prepare and present design concepts and solutions to clients and team members
-Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications
-Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:
-Working experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, a plus
-Experience in video editing and interactive design is desired.
-Strong knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and brand adherence
-Customer-service skills, strong team player open to individual and collaborative work
-Ability to transition between multiple projects and tasks seamlessly to meet tight deadlines
-Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
-Ability to create attractive visual designs out of statistics and data
-1-2 years of professional design experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
-Photography and/or videography skills a plus
-Creative thinker and problem solver with a knowledge of design fundamentals
