Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Possess a solid background in graphic design in both digital and print media.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Experience in creating stunning visual UX/UI designs for dynamic websites, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be a self-starter and quick learner, that’s available to quickly deliver fun assignments while respecting deadlines.
• Ability to think creatively to design and produce compelling and impactful content that sells our unique pieces.
• Possess an eye for detail, and produce a wide range of design formats.
• Ability to grasp the Be The Light brand — experience working for luxury brands is a plus.
• Good presence, friendly and kind spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital and print graphics as needed.
• Design of various materials including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, newsletters, website landing pages, banners, ads, posters, and infographics.
• Ability to select colors, font, images, and layout.
• Ability to proof and edit materials in an effort to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to implement feedback and changes when appropriate.
• Ability to follow and practice the latest marketing, advertising, design trends, technologies and social media platforms, and incorporate them into collateral material designs.
• Photography, videography and video editing are not required, but definitely an asset.

Important:

• Candidates must provide a portfolio with previous examples of NEWSLETTERS they’ve personally created.
• We’re located in Florida, US, so Eastern Standard Time is preferable but not required.
