Content Marketing Manager
TLDR: We are looking for a part-time (20h/week) content manager, who will iterate and oversee the development of our Marketing Assets (landing pages, creatives, copywriting) to drive business growth.
Past experience with Facebook Ads, Direct Response, or Growth Marketing at a $1M-$10M revenue startup is preferred.
What Is ClickMinded?
ClickMinded is the digital marketing training platform you didn’t know you needed. We create world-class online courses, SOPs, and checklists on digital marketing that companies use to train their teams every day. Companies like Grammarly, WeWork, Volvo, StitchFix, and 50,000 other folks you may not have heard of (yet).
Our goal is to get 100,000 people onto ClickMinded by December 2023 (2x growth), and we go to work every day against some of the most competitive digital marketers in the game.

What’s This Job About?
This job is all about leading a team of copywriters, designers, and developers to deliver marketing assets (landing pages, Facebook/Instagram creatives, copywriting) that communicates ClickMinded’s USP as clearly and effectively as possible.
The person in this role will be expected to be the single point of contact for creative ideation, implementation, production, and progress tracking across the company.

What Are The Expectations?
For the design of new products, creatives, new landing pages, and new assets, all roads lead to one place: you!
Come up with fresh conversion-focused creative ideas for Facebook and Instagram ads and our landing pages consistently, every week.
Take feedback from customers and experiments, and implement those learnings into future tests. (Ability to analyze data independently using Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager is a big plus)
Work with our video editors, designers, and agencies to develop new ideas, approve/disapprove creative, landing pages, and copy, along with any other assets for new campaigns across different channels.
We work across all time zones (the team is based in the US, Europe & Asia) and are mostly asynchronous but you will need availability from 9-10AM ET for calls if necessary during the week
What Type Of Person Will Succeed?
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- 2+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding and experience in Direct-Response Marketing that drives measurable results
- Basic knowledge of technical design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud and of HTML & CSS.
- A bias towards speed with a relentless focus on getting new advertising campaigns live as quickly as possible
Highly valued:
- Experience managing Facebook Ads accounts or analyzing its results
- Experience running or analyzing A/B Tests
- Marketing Agency experience

$25/hour range, based on experience
