The Country Music Association (CMA) is hiring a multifaceted temp position on the Marketing and Creative team to support a variety of needs leading up to, during and after CMA Fest 2023. Responsibilities vary from content management across owned digital platforms, running in-house paid social advertising campaigns, planning rundowns and organizing assets for stage screens, supporting customer service needs, creating and editing graphics in Adobe Photoshop, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
This position is for April through September 2023, based in Nashville, TN, and requires up to 30 hours of work per week, preferably in-person Tuesday through Thursday but can be remote for a percentage of time. The pay rate is $15 per hour.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, advertising, digital, and/or event production in the music industry or related field
- Preferred experience with managing digital advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and their backend management interfaces
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and its suite products including Photoshop; Familiarity
with Canva - Experience using WordPress and/or other website content management systems (CMS)
- Working knowledge of digital streaming platforms
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and its suite of products including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc preferred
