Location: London, UK
Contract: 12 Month FTC

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the updates of the regional / global websites.
  • Coordinating on the publishing schedule with global local teams.
  • Liaising with the regional teams to process digital requests and define website assets accordingly.
  • Ability to clearly brief teams for copy, asset and design requests.
  • Help drive content calendar for global websites.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team to support targets.
  • Testing and bug checking.
  • Error logging and development planning.
  • Effectively track and measure the effectiveness of online campaigns and activities.
  • Support with the creation of campaign reports, capturing learnings, data and insights.
  • Daily use of content management tool Amplience.
  • Crop and resize images/videos.
  • Create mock-ups for the website.
  • Supporting in implementing the SEO strategy including on page optimsation, briefing development teams, briefing SEO agency on ad hoc requests, ensuring basic SEO standards are met across all pages.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree level (minimum 2:1)
  • CMS experience – not essential but advantageous
  • Figma – not essential but advantageous
  • Strong technical background including Website Management, digital reporting, User Experience design.
  • Up to date on digital innovation. Confident in creating reports to show campaign performance.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Digital specific technology (e.g., CMS experience essential (Oracle, Amplience, Salesforce and Figma), HTML coding, Photoshop)
  • Good understanding of media traffic and how they work together on site.
  • Understanding of what a customer journey is and how to build one.
  • Good understanding of mobile and how to adapt campaigns and assets is essential.
  • Campaign Management experience.
  • Regularly use of Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools.
  • Confident in manipulating data to understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to identify key insights and feed into the evolution of digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and best practices.
