Contract: Full-time, Freelance

We are looking for a Freelance Video Editor to work with our Marketing Department at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate is a visionary artist with experience in video editing, motion graphics and prior knowledge in product videography.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos that align with the brand’s style and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustment, and other editing techniques.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video presentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within given timeframes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and provide input on video strategies and concepts.
• Optimize videos for various platforms, formats, and aspect ratios, ensuring optimal viewing experiences across different devices.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
