We are seeking multiple skilled Arch-Vis (Architectural Visualization) Artists to join our freelance team. As an Arch-Vis Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and accurate 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs and spaces. Your work will primarily focus on producing high-quality visual representations that effectively showcase the aesthetic and functional aspects of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

• Transform architectural plans, CAD files, and reference materials into realistic and immersive 3D renderings and animations.
• Create detailed 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and materials to accurately depict architectural designs and spaces.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the visualizations meet the desired objectives.
• Incorporate artistic and creative elements into the renderings while maintaining the architectural integrity of the designs.
• Optimize and refine 3D scenes to achieve high-quality visuals within project timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in architectural visualization to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Arch-Vis Artist or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of high-quality architectural visualizations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles, design elements, and spatial relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately translate architectural plans and CAD files into visually appealing 3D renderings.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques, material creation, and texturing for architectural visualization.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, meet project deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and understanding of visual storytelling.
