We are seeking a talented and creative Animator to join our dynamic podcast agency.

As an Animator, you will play a crucial role in bringing our podcast content to life through visually captivating and engaging animations. You will collaborate closely with our podcast production team to understand the essence of each episode and translate it into compelling visual narratives that enhance the overall listening experience.

Responsibilities:

• Animation Production: Create high-quality animations that complement the themes, messages, and tone of our podcast episodes. This includes conceptualizing, storyboarding, designing, and animating characters, objects, and environments.
• Visual Enhancement: Collaborate with the podcast production team to identify key moments, highlight important information, and amplify emotional impact through animation. Your work will enhance the overall podcast experience and captivate the audience.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with our brand identity and design guidelines, ensuring that all animations align with the agency’s visual style and enhance our brand recognition across different platforms.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies. Continuously explore new ways to improve the visual storytelling and animation quality for our podcasts.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the podcast production team, including producers, writers, and sound designers, to understand the content and align animation with the overall creative vision. Communicate ideas effectively and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in animation production, preferably in a podcast or multimedia environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 2D or 3D animation is required.
• Animation Skills: Proficient in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Blender). Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
• Creativity and Storytelling: Ability to translate complex narratives into visually appealing and engaging animations. A keen eye for detail, composition, color, and design aesthetics.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements, provide feedback, and take direction from the creative team.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Podcasting: Familiarity with podcasting and a genuine interest in the podcast medium, its trends, and its potential for visual storytelling.
