Job Title:

Part-time Remote Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and executing marketing projects related to our Real Estate business, as well as overseeing our marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
• Design and implement social media marketing campaigns.
• Organize and track marketing statistics including all property inquiries, signed CAs, OMs downloaded/sent, offers received, email campaigns opens/clicks, etc.
• Write, proofread and revise all marketing copy.
• Manage team’s email campaigns, email contacts (Pardot), and social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Education & Experience:

• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office products and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• 2+ years of experience with digital marketing and social media, a strong understanding of design fundamentals, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must have experience in residential or commercial real estate experience, very strong written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
