Our company publishes coloring books from multiple artists under the Jade Summer brand. View our products on JadeSummer.com. Many of our books have been bestsellers on Amazon and our Facebook Group has over 15,000 members. We are a family-owned small business.

Who Should Apply

Our ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, a passion for adult coloring books, loves to learn something new every day, and can work independently on a large range of tasks.

Schedule

You can work a flexible schedule (provided that it partially overlaps with business hours in EST). We are looking for someone for approximately 20 hours every week.

Your Activities

• Perform routine tasks, follow checklists, and work using a variety of pre-made templates.
• Work with Adobe Indesign to make coloring books.
• Organize files in Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Prepare email broadcasts.
• Participate on social media channels.
• Do product research and update spreadsheets.
• Update our website using Wordpress.
• Handle a variety of other tasks.

While we prefer candidates with previous experience for the above tasks, we understand that any one person will probably not have done everything. Let us know your situation when you apply.

You will collaborate directly with the business owner.

While most work may appear to be routine, we value someone who can proactively find ways to improve our business processes and products. We value your opinion and want someone who will go above and beyond simply being an assistant.

Education

• Associate’s Degree or higher.

Experience

• 5+ years paid full-time work experience.
