Job Description: Singer (Theater)

Responsibilities:

• Perform as a singer in theatrical productions, including musicals and plays.
• Learn and memorize songs and lyrics for assigned roles.
• Attend rehearsals and work closely with the director, music director, and other cast members.
• Interpret and convey the emotions and intentions of the character through vocal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a cohesive and polished performance.
• Maintain vocal health and technique through regular practice and warm-ups.

Qualifications:

• Strong vocal ability with a wide vocal range and control.
• Excellent pitch accuracy and tone quality.
• Ability to interpret and convey emotions through singing.
• Proficiency in reading sheet music and learning songs quickly.
• Experience performing in theater productions or musicals is preferred but not required.
• Strong stage presence and ability to engage with an audience.
• Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with a team.
