Short broadway themed dance tune

Looking for a tune that sounds like it came right out of a broadway hit or a Marry Poppins score. Must be at least 35 seconds and no longer than a minute in length. It must be bright, fast pace and exciting. There should be a variety of instruments. The tune I have in the link is what I am going for.

There will be no lyrics.

This tune will be used for a pressure washing commercial. An actor will do a variety of tap, ballet, and jazz dance while pressure washing a house in a hilarious fashion.
