FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER NEEDED ASAP

We have 1.6 million followers (@RyRySmiles formerly @RileyDoingThings) across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, and Facebook as well as a social media agency, Byte Syzed, where we help brands, creators, and agencies grow their tool-kits to be successful on short-form content platforms…

We need a graphic designer who is specifically a WIZARD at YouTube Thumbnails! This person must have the ability to create custom thumbnails and illustrations on-demand. The ideal candidate has all or most of the below:

• CAN START IMMEDIATELY! (Project-Based)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Proven experience and success in YouTube Thumbnail Design for creator or brands
• Master of Design software - most commonly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Print Design: Knowledge of print processes, color spaces (like CMYK), and preparing files for print.
• Photo Editing: Proficiency in photo retouching, color correction, and compositing.
• Passion for social media/creator economy space
• Can work on a when needed basis for different projects that come up
• Overachiever in all aspects of life
• ENFJ personality type would be a HUGE plus 😆
