Curated - Freelance Content Editor

Curated, an e-commerce site where you shop with an expert, is seeking a freelance editor to review articles, product reviews, and other content written by Curated Experts across a diversity of fields - from golf, skiing, and snowboarding to camping, coffee, and kitchen.

We’re a dynamic startup humanizing the online shopping experience, and our content channels are rapidly growing! Our Expert Journal has 4000+ articles, with new ones rolling in from our expert community every week. As a freelance editor, you will provide feedback to writers, learn and implement best practices for search engine optimization, and utilize our brand style and voice.

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and be a team player
• Ability to work remotely
• Interest and/or experience in golf, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and/or coffee and kitchen gear a plus

If you are interested, please submit your resume and a cover letter that includes two writing samples. Compensation is $15 an hour and projects are assigned based on your weekly availability. The number of projects may fluctuate from week to week and will likely increase over time. Please note this position requires the use of your personal laptop.

As this is a Freelance position, company benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K, etc) will not be offered.
