Instructor

This Mirano Institute is looking for Instructors to work at our Lehi, UT location. We are a small academy that has been in business for over 4 years. We have a great reputation for providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a positive work environment. We are closed on the weekends, and most of our hours are after school times.

We are looking for instructors to prepare students to work in the field of game design. Our ideal instructors are motivated, hardworking professionals who want to be part of a close-knit team. You will be teaching classes in our classroom, so experience in classroom teaching is preferred (we will provide training if needed).

Responsibilities

• Prepare students for real world working experience.
• Instruct students in all aspects of the curriculum (reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar usage).
• Use classroom management skills to provide a pleasant learning environment.
• Observe student behavior and respond to student needs quickly and compassionately.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Maintain professional knowledge by studying relevant educational material and practicing procedures.

Skills

• Experience in Unity, Blender, and other game design software
• Knowledge of classroom management principles and learning strategies
• Ability to work well with others

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
