Job Description:

Spectrum Print & Creative Services is seeking a job share Administrative/Artworker Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the admin behind ordering, managing/scheduling printing and marketing collateral. They will be able to work as part of a team and oversee themselves to manage the busy production schedule. The Administrative Assistant will be working along side our existing Administrator and job share with 2 half days (Tuesday afternoon, Thursday morning and Friday morning) and 1 full day (Wed).

• Oversee the ordering process and scheduling for a variety of printing collateral
• Providing support to the sales team with administrative tasks such as booking in jobs, writing up job bags, processing and ordering jobs
• Supporting the studio with general artworking
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise tasks.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator).
