MMD Animation needed for English music video

Hello, I am a Vocaloid producer and I struggle greatly with making my own MMD videos to accommodate my productions. Thus, I am seeking someone with MMD experience who is willing to animate a music video for a song I am releasing. The song is 3:40 seconds in length. It is featuring two characters, Fuiro and Miku, of whom I can provide MMD models. I will also provide a Vocaloid .VSQ to help with lip syncing in the music video.
