Short Film's OST

Hello, my name is Fion, from Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Currently I am in my degree final year project with my team, which is a 10-minute short film. We are in search of a Chinese music composer who can create an original soundtrack (OST) for our short film. May I know if you could compose music including lyrics writing and singing?
