We are based in North Scottsdale, Arizona, where our athlete is undergoing training and rehabilitation in preparation for the upcoming season. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us achieve our content and marketing goals.

Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, your primary role will be to assist in marketing and coordinating our YouTube channel. You will be responsible for implementing proven social media marketing strategies and tactics to increase the channel’s visibility, engagement, and overall success. You will work closely with our athlete to develop and execute content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy tailored to our YouTube channel, leveraging your previous experiences in social media marketing.
• Content Coordination: Collaborate with our athlete to create engaging and relevant content ideas, including videos, live streams, and other interactive content.
• Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community around the channel, fostering engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor channel performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our athlete and other team members to align marketing efforts with the overall brand message and goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube and other social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for basketball and fitness is a plus.
