Job Description

This critical and highly visible role involves leading the development and application of AI technologies across the product portfolio. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models, collaborating with product teams, leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, providing strategic guidance, creating monitoring systems, conducting experiments, implementing annotation strategies, communicating findings to stakeholders, and mentoring other contributors.

Requirements

The basic qualifications for this position include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, a proven track record of AI system deployment, strong project management skills, a good understanding of big data technologies and microservices architecture, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in leadership roles. Desired qualifications include experience with generative AI solutions, chatbots, product-focused organizations, and familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI.

Additional Information

This is a remote contract position with an hourly pay of up to $60.00. The expected work hours are 40 per week. Applicants will be asked about their work authorization/visa status. The individual should understand elements like fine-tuning, context building, and prompt engineering, and have knowledge of cost management strategies for GenAI solutions and safeguarding proprietary data.
