Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites to meet our clients’ specifications. Your focus will be on creating visually appealing sites with user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using various programming languages and technologies
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing website layouts
• Write well-designed, efficient code following best practices
• Test websites across different browsers, operating systems, and devices
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues
• Optimize website performance for high speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development

Requirements

• Proficiency in web design languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• HTML Coder (Squarespace to HTML)
• Experience with Ansible for automated deployment and configuration management
• Knowledge of GraphQL for efficient API development
• Familiarity with C programming language for system-level development
• Understanding of application development principles and software development lifecycle
• Experience with Tomcat server configuration and administration

• Job Type: Contract, Temporary
• Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,251.00 per year
• Experience Level: 2 years
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, No nights, No weekends
