Job Description:
Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is seeking part-time Media Pros to deliver real estate photography, video, aerials, and 3D modeling. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, working on a per-service basis, and representing the brand professionally to customers.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule

- Ability to upload media promptly
- Drive up to 30-40% of the workday
- Effective communication skills
- Part 107 drone certification
- Regular feedback/training

- Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with Wide Angle Lens
- External flash
- Tripod
- Reliable transportation
- High-Speed Internet
- Smartphone with wide-angle lens
Other Information:
- Job Type: Part-time, Contract, Freelance
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
- Compensation: 1099 contract, Paid per project
- Schedule: Choose your own hours, Day shift, Evenings as needed, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Experience: Photography: 1 year (Required)
- License/Certification: FAA Part 107 license (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
