Videographer and Photographer for IFA event in Berlin 6-7.09.2024
Videographer is needed in Berlin, Germany.
We are seeking a professional photographer/videographer for a one-day assignment (6 hours) in Berlin. The preferred dates are September 6th or 7th, with the final date to be selected based on availability.

Place: Berlin Messe, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin, Germany
Event: IFA 2024, KIVI booth
Date/Time: 6th or 7th of September, 6 working hours during working day
Deliverables:
Photography:
Booth Photos:
General overview shots of the booth.
Detailed shots of different areas/zones within the booth.
Product Photography:
Macro shots highlighting the product in detail.
Interactions:
Photos capturing interactions with the product and demonstrating its unique selling propositions (USPs).
Business Photos:
Live shots of the team working and engaging with KIVI booth visitors.
Videography:
Edited Material (IFA KIVI Highlights):
A polished promotional video (no voiceover) with a duration of up to 1 minute.
Content should include phrases from attendees, captions, a dynamic style, and integration of multiple video screens (in parallel, e.g., 2, 3, 4 videos).
The overall mood should reflect the event’s vibrant and lively atmosphere.
Additional Deliverables:
All raw materials (both photo and video files) must be provided for future use and editing.
Usage: All materials (photos and video) will be used for promotion on social media, digital channels, and media (excluding TV): EU, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine.
