Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visual/Product Designer with a passion for native app design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic and a deep understanding of user-centered product design. This role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering mobile and native app experiences. The position is hybrid and requires an onsite presence in Bothell, WA, for at least 3 days a week.

Requirements

Must Have Skills/Attributes:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• FIGMA
• Illustrator
• Mural/FigJam
• Product Design
• UI/UX Design
• UX Research

Education: Degree or certification in graphic or visual design, or equivalent design work experience.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Figma, Mural/FigJam, and Adobe Design Suite. Experience with prototyping software is a plus.

Mobile Product Design: Experience in mobile product design for various devices and platforms, with a deep understanding of UX best practices.

Prototyping: Skilled in creating prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.

UX Research & Data Analysis: Familiarity with UX research methods and applying data analysis to design, a plus.

Illustration Skills: Illustration skills are an added advantage.

Native App Design: Must have experience in designing native apps, with a focus on mobile experiences across different platforms (Android, iOS, React Native; web experience is a plus).

Digital Portfolio: A digital portfolio is required, showcasing your design aesthetic, user-centered product design experience, and strategic thinking through case studies of recent work. Candidates with examples of mobile/native app experiences will be highly preferred.

Design Leadership: Lead and mentor other designers on the team, with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Visual/Product Design: 8+ years of experience in visual or product design, with an emphasis on human-centered interaction.

Min Hourly Rate: $60.00

Max Hourly Rate: $65.00
