Position Overview:

We are looking for a bright, experienced, and confident Midweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a multi-faceted role that will involve various elements of the business, offering you the chance to stay at the forefront of culture and creativity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Social Media Assets and Content Creation: Design engaging content tailored for social media platforms.
• Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging designs that reflect brand values and aesthetics.
• Video Editing and Animation: Create and edit videos and animations that promote our clients’ brands effectively.
• Event Collateral: Design event materials such as menus, invitations, and venue mock-ups for full venue takeovers, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Photoshoot Mock-ups/Mood Boards: Collaborate on photoshoot concepts and create mood boards (this skill can be learned).
• Sourcing Production Companies: Build strong working relationships with production companies for various projects.
• Support Digital/Social Media Team: Assist the digital and social media team with content creation, including iPhone photography.

Personal Profile:

• Strong concept, research, and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Basic skills in AfterEffects and Premiere Pro are a must.
• Excellent presentation skills for creating and delivering ideas effectively.
• Operates at pace and with a sense of urgency.
• Agile, flexible, and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with luxury alcohol marketing is a plus.
