Celebrating 20 years of excellence, SkinSpirit is a top destination for aesthetic skincare and body with over 45 locations nationwide. We are seeking a skilled, energetic, and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leader in graphic design, you’ll create engaging, disruptive design across various omni-channel assets to enhance our brand’s visual presence and build awareness. This position reports to the Head of Creative and works closely with the creative team project manager. The role is hybrid with occasional travel (5-10%) required, and the ideal candidate will be located in the San Francisco Bay area or Greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities

• Support campaigns, treatment launches, product launches, new clinic openings, PR & field marketing tactics and collaborations.

• Create captivating and visually elevated content such as graphics, GIFs, illustrations, animations, and video content that aligns with our brand identity.

• Contribute to growth marketing, including new user conversion, targeted lifecycle email campaigns, performance marketing, signage, and social assets.

• Integrate performance analytics and user research into the design process.

• Lead projects by defining deliverables and meeting timelines, demonstrating expertise in design best practices.

• Drive concepts, designs, and implementation of beautifully crafted graphic elements consistent across all channels.

• Translate complex concepts and technical scientific drawings into simple, elegant designs.

• Elevate the brand look and feel across all marketing platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Manage and organize new templates in our Figma library for email marketing, social, and signage.

• Curate a library of stock photography and manipulate images in Photoshop.

• Collaborate with development on UX/UI projects as needed.

• Manage all projects through Basecamp until completion, practicing autonomy and problem-solving.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer (beauty experience is a plus).

• Prior experience designing for both Performance and Lifecycle Marketing strategies.

• Ability to effectively adhere to brand guidelines.

• Excited about conversion-oriented design through refining and iterating by analyzing performance.

• Experience executing a design system across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

• Proven experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping, with adaptability to various software.

• Comfortable with digital products, UI/UX, and wireframes.

• Excellent planning skills and attention to detail.

• Proven experience creating GIFs or basic animations.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong judgment, character, DEIB, and performance standards.

• Strong work ethic and passion for design.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Occasional standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, and other physical activities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation range: $90,000 - $120,000, determined based on skills, experience, and location.
