CREASIDENCE - Music Accelerator Workshop

Hey everyone!

We’re the team from Creasidence, and we’re excited to introduce our project and a unique opportunity for a videographer to join us for an event in Tokyo this November!

Creasidence is an international music initiative focused on building a collaborative, creative community for musicians. For the first time, we’re bringing our 4-day music accelerator program to Tokyo from November 21–24, designed especially for singer-songwriters and music producers. The program includes workshops, lectures, hands-on collaboration sessions, and a live concert, all led by music industry experts.

We’re looking for a videographer to capture highlights of each day of the event:

📅 Event Program:
• Day 1 (Nov 21 | 19:00–22:00): Introduction & lecture on “Turning Creativity into a Business” at SOMSOC Gallery
• Day 2 (Nov 22 | 19:00–22:00): Songwriter’s Lab at Noah Studios Shibuya
• Day 3 (Nov 23 | 10:00–22:00): Producer’s Lab & recording sessions at Sound Arts Recording Studio & Noah Studios Jiyugaoka
• Day 4 (Nov 24 | 18:00–23:00): Live concert at SOMSOC Gallery, showcasing music created during the program

The first 3 days will focus on capturing program highlights, interactions, and the event atmosphere, and on the 4th day, we’ll film a live concert by our participants. No editing is required; we’re looking for raw footage.

Since Creasidence is self-funded and free for participants, we’re hoping to work together in a collaborative way or find a friendly budget that works for you. In return, we offer the chance to be part of an international music project that will next travel to LA and Seoul, with the opportunity to work alongside talented musicians, producers, and a dynamic creative community. We will also ensure the videographer is credited across all project materials and promotions.
