Job Description

SitePartners is a specialized marketing agency built for the industrial sector, focused on solving business problems, building brands, and driving growth for the construction, manufacturing, and resource sectors. We are currently seeking a Freelance Videographer to join our growing photo/video team. This role will require a variety of skills throughout video production and the ability to deliver diverse styles of video, including interview/docu-style, conceptual commercial advertising, and short-form storytelling. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful storyteller who is passionate about producing high-quality video work, supported by a strong portfolio of production and post-production examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a camera operator on photo/video shoots for industrial sector clientele.
• Set up and tear down video, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it remains in working order.
• Consult with team on equipment list and suggest improvements as needed.
• Manage post-production on video projects, including editing content for various formats such as corporate videos, advertisements, and social media micro videos.
• Frequent travel for video shoots may be required.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Formal training or demonstrated experience in video production and post-production.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in both video production and post-production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe editing software, including Premiere and Lightroom.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
• Physically able to lift 30lbs regularly and operate heavy video equipment.
