Job Description

Great opportunity for a Videographer and Creative Lead to conceptualise, shoot and deliver compelling video content that enhances brand presence and storytelling for a leading financial services organisation on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end video production process while collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand alignment across the business.

Hybrid working: 4 days in City of London office, 1 from home.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging video content across platforms for both internal & external use.
  • Oversee all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and pitch concepts to key internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies to keep content innovative.
  • Deliver company photography for collateral, including company headshots.
  • Lead on podcast recording & editing.
  • Help shape the content on our website, intranet, marketing materials, and social media channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.
  • Feed into ongoing evolution of brand identity.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in video, audio, and creative design.
  • Highly organised, motivated, and self-driven.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe creative suite.
  • Experience in corporate or financial services sector beneficial.
