Job Description

We are seeking a TradePoint Social Media Manager to join our Southampton Store Support Office (SSO). In this permanent role, you will play a significant part in ensuring TradePoint is perceived as the leading destination for trade across our social media channels. Your focus will be on generating innovative ideas that drive engagement and promoting our trade-relevant range and services through creative content.

Your responsibilities will include planning and managing TradePoint’s social media strategy, executing interesting campaigns, increasing engagement, and promoting brand loyalty.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in planning and creating social media content.
• Competent user of social listening tools with experience analyzing performance.
• Ability to interpret campaign briefs and brand guidelines (e.g., tone of voice) to create effective social media campaigns.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and budget allocation.
• Experience in collaborating with content creators/talent.
• Event management experience would be desirable.
