Webtoon artist

I am looking for a digital artist to illustrate my storyboard and concept into a Webtoon format. The desired style is similar to the Webtoon “True Beauty.” This is a personal project aimed at creating something meaningful for my children. The artist can work remotely, and while I am seeking a beginner, there may be potential for follow-up work in the future.
