Job Description

Join Morley’s award-winning Creative team in a remote Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer role. You will create effective, performance-driven visual solutions that resonate, motivate, and grow our brand and the brands of our Fortune / Global 500 clients. Responsibilities include creating compelling graphic designs and motion graphics, collaborating on innovative designs for various digital platforms, and managing high-quality design projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A positive, self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Motion graphic and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
• Excellent visual communication skills.
• Expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to adapt design styles and apply branded style guides consistently.
• Capability to execute traditional print design and ensure pre-press production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative process workflows.
• Exceptional typography skills.

Education and Experience:

• BA in graphic design or related degree (extensive experience may substitute).
• Three years of experience in a creative environment (agency or in-house).
• Experience with Wix Studio Editor X, Campaign Monitor or similar email builders, Asana or equivalent project management software, and presentation design using PowerPoint and Keynote.
• An inspiring portfolio showcasing a passion for design and strategic creative solutions.
• Willingness to work Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, with flexibility to support after hours or weekends.
• Able to travel occasionally for business.
