Digital Marketer is needed in Nairobi, Kenya.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with hands-on experience in running sponsored ad campaigns, graphic design, videography, and digital content creation. You should also be able to engage with clients, understand their marketing goals, and translate them into actionable campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Client Communication:
  • Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs, provide progress updates, and integrate feedback into ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create engaging content tailored to different digital platforms including written copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Graphic Design & Videography:
  • Design compelling graphics and promotional material. Capture, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media and campaigns.
  • Campaign Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies based on data, trends, and target audience insights.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Maintain and grow social media pages, post content consistently, and adapt content to platform-specific algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and generate reports to guide improvements and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a portfolio of successful ad campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • Experience in video shooting and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a creative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are a plus
