Job Description

We’re hiring a TikTok Live Host & Content Creator to be the face of our clients’ brands. This role is UK-based, remote, part-time, freelance, and offers flexible hours. At GenXO, a fast-growing digital agency based in Birmingham, we’re looking for charismatic TikTok Live Streamers. Your role will involve going live for our clients, helping them connect with their audience, and driving sales in an engaging way. Whether it’s beauty, fashion, gadgets, or books, we need confident, friendly faces to represent various brands and bring energy to TikTok Live.

Your responsibilities include going live on TikTok (and potentially other platforms), engaging with viewers in real-time, answering product questions, and encouraging purchases. You should also stay updated on TikTok trends, collaborate with our content and strategy team, and optionally create short-form content for brand socials.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Confident and friendly in front of the camera with no awkward silences.
• TikTok natives, familiar with trends and how to keep the conversation going.
• Sales-minded, able to create excitement around products without being pushy.
• A natural storyteller, capable of turning mundane items into ‘must-haves’.
• Experienced in hosting live streams or creating social content, even personal accounts count!
• Proficient in spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player, contributing to a collective goal.
• Based in the UK and eligible to work there.

Extra bonus points if you have:

• Previously streamed for a brand or business.
• Experience in creating Reels/Shorts in addition to going live.
• A background in sales, presenting, or social media.
• Knowledge of other languages or niche community appeal (not required, but a plus).
