Job Description

Home Pick is a full-service Amazon brand agency that helps companies thrive on Amazon.com (US), focusing on hands-on, data-driven, and collaborative partnerships. We manage everything from strategy and brand protection to inventory and growth, acting as an extension of our clients’ teams.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships while driving performance across their Amazon sales channels. This role includes leading strategy and execution for our largest accounts and mentoring junior team members. It requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality service delivery while unlocking new growth opportunities and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or brand management.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and growing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including FBA, Buy Box, content optimization, and ads (5 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker who can turn data into insight and action.
  • Proactive problem solver with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Client Management Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead for large, high-value client accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, strategy, and next steps.
  • Understand client goals, brand positioning, and challenges—translating them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage timelines, communications, and expectations across all projects.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.

Client Delivery Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly sales and performance reviews to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Ensure operational alignment by collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Shipping, Brand Protection, Advertising, and others) and holding them accountable to high service standards.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client, advocating for their goals and resolving challenges proactively.
  • Escalate complex issues to leadership with clear context and solutions.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Team Leadership & Mentorship Responsibilities

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to junior Client Relationship Managers and Brand Managers.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new team members and strengthening internal processes.
  • Share best practices, strategic insight, and feedback to help elevate the entire client services team.
