Freelance Event Videographer for the Meta Morph AI Film Award. The event takes place in London, UK, on the evening of 10th June 2025, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a fee of £500. This prestigious award celebrates innovative films in AI-driven cinema and brings together filmmakers and industry professionals. The videographer will be responsible for capturing the atmosphere, key moments, and energy of the evening, producing high-quality footage for promotional purposes and event documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coverage & Highlights: Film key moments including award presentations, speeches, and audience reactions, while ensuring a representation of the event’s atmosphere.
• Red Carpet & Step-and-Repeat Videography: Capture footage of guests and industry figures, ensuring good framing, lighting, and sound quality.
• Filmmaker & Sponsor Interviews: Record professional interviews with key participants and sponsors, ensuring high-quality audio and visuals.
• Behind-the-Scenes & Candid Moments: Film natural interactions at the event, providing an exclusive perspective.

Requirements

• Event & Documentary-Style Videography Experience: Proven track record in filming live events or industry gatherings.
• Strong Technical Skills: Ability to work in low-light settings and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Professional Equipment: Must provide a high-quality camera, stabilizer/gimbal, external microphone, and lighting gear.
• Discreet & Professional Presence: Ability to work seamlessly while filming at the event.
• Fast Turnaround: Capability to deliver highlight clips or a rough cut within 48 hours post-event.
