Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven mid-level Motion Graphics Producer to join our team! You’ll lead the production of engaging motion content from concept to delivery—balancing strong visual storytelling with expert project management.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage motion graphics projects from planning to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, cross-functional partners, designers, mogfx artists, editors, and creative leads.
• Create timelines and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Provide creative input and feedback during development and production.
• Maintain high visual standards and consistency across all deliverables.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion graphics production (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of animation principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Stellar communication and organizational skills.
• Great personality that is ready to change direction.
• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics production.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• A keen eye for design, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in Los Angeles, as this role requires on-site work for certain projects.
