Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer to craft engaging and visually compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. You’ll play a key role in enhancing a brand’s presence through impactful email designs that align with the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Email Design: Create and optimize visually appealing email templates that reflect brand identity and enhance customer engagement.
• Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic email campaigns that drive conversions.
• Responsive Design: Ensure all email designs are mobile-friendly and function flawlessly across different devices and email platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze email performance metrics and apply insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective email design elements and content strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design and tone across all email communications, aligning with overall brand guidelines.
• Asset Management: Manage and organize design assets, ensuring easy access and use for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email design and marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective email designs.
• Proficient in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Deep understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Bonus Points For

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Experience working with large-scale email campaigns for diverse audiences.

Work Environment
