Job Description

The role involves planning and coordinating all aspects of video productions, including managing small video projects and full video shoots. Responsibilities include scheduling, location scouting, and equipment rental for video shoots, as well as overseeing the entire production process to ensure quality execution. The individual will develop a video production plan, create the video flow, review footage, and oversee editing to ensure the final video meets company standards. Collaboration with the campaign and sales team on content development, budget management for production costs, and obtaining necessary permits and licenses are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the individual will manage amplification content such as blog articles and materials for publication and social media promotion.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in video content production within the digital and media field is required. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of video production processes, strong creativity, skills in shooting, editing, compression, and color grading. Excellent negotiation, project management, planning, and budgeting skills are essential. The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment is necessary, along with a good sense of deadlines and a goal-oriented approach to problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with proficiency in additional SEA languages considered a plus.
