I am looking for an expert web designer to build a tutoring video streaming and chat website. The platform will provide 24/7 live video lessons, messaging, and payment options such as PayPal and credit cards. I need someone who has experience with live streaming technology and skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and backend development.

The website should be user-friendly and reliable, featuring 1-on-1 lessons, user login functionalities, and a smooth messaging platform for interaction between tutors and students.
