Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team in a hybrid capacity based in Dallas, TX, United States. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX (2 days onsite/week)

Employment Type: Contract

Note: Consultant should be local to Dallas, TX, Only for USC/GC.

Requirements

• 6 to 12 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through execution for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
