You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Wordpress sites, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Wordpress websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP, CSS, jQuery, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement web services and APIs to enhance site functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Wordpress sites and plugins.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.
• Utilize version control systems like GitHub for code management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP and experience with Wordpress core development.
• Strong understanding of web services and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with jQuery, CSS, and E-commerce solutions.
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
