Freelance Post Production Support

Post Production Coordinator is needed in United Kingdom.

We are looking for a freelance post production coordinator or assistant with strong experience in asset tracking, version control, scheduling edits and deliveries, basic QC, and acting as liaison between editors and producers. The ideal candidate should be familiar with editorial, grading, VFX, motion graphics and audio post-production workflows, and have good understanding of various delivery specifications for broadcast, digital, and social formats. You should be well-versed in codecs and file types like ProRes and H.264, and experienced in project organization using tools such as timelines, trackers, and delivery sheets. Required technical skills include proficiency with Frame.io, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Trello, Farmer’s Wife, and Google Suite. Key personal attributes include remaining calm under pressure, detail orientation, clear communication, deadline awareness, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset. Prior experience at creative agencies or with major clients like Unilever, Meta, Amazon, Pernod Ricard, BAT, Gordon Ramsay would be beneficial. This is a long-term, on-location project for our company, Joefrey Arevalo, based in the United Kingdom. We are open to reviewing offers for this role.
