Freelance Post-Producer Wanted/Rep (Commission-Based)
We are seeking a film, television, or commercial post-producer to become a partner on a long-term, ongoing basis. The ideal collaborator will help us pitch and manage post-production projects alongside a team of professional post-sound specialists (dialogue, sound design, mix, music composition, deliverables). The opportunity is commission-based, with 15% commission on gross project budgets and potential for a retainer or flat fee depending on project. The partner can work remotely, and we’re looking to get started as soon as possible. Experience in film, TV, or commercial post-production is essential.
What you’ll do:
- Pitch/post-production sound packages to editors, agencies, and production teams.
- Manage client comms, schedules, and deliverables.
