This will be a single night gig but MAY be able to work with artist prior/post for B-roll???Urgent

Audio Engineer is needed in Sydney, Australia.

I am looking to hire a videographer and audio engineer to record a live music event for the band Dojo Cuts at The Ramblin Rascal bar in Sydney on 2/22/2026. The project involves capturing audio and video, potentially with a multi-camera setup, and may include working with the artist on post-production, such as editing and mixing. I am self-financing this initiative, possibly with additional funds from a GoFundMe campaign. My aim is to record the event as a surprise for the band and help increase their exposure. If the GoFundMe is successful, I plan to make a selection by 2/12/2026. Examples of the environment can be provided, although current audio examples are from a cellphone.

Budget range:
$3,000 – $5,000 USD

About the client
Hello,
I am an American and love this band, Dojo Cuts. The principle singer has been burned by a promoter and I am wanting to try and cobble a recording of the show together, with all your help, as a surprise. And to help them get back in the exposure limelight, I will be self financing this in conjunction with a 'gofundme" I am setting up but dont yet know the cost of this venture.
That is where you come in. I am looking for quotes to shoot/record and post produce the recording of the show, at a little bar in Sydney called “The Ramblin Rascal” on 2/22/2026.
IF the gofundme is successful, I will pull the trigger, with the winning candidate(s) by 2/12/2026.
