Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced AI Generative Video Specialist to join our freelance roster and create high-end generative video for commercial and branded content. You’ll work with our producers and creative team to turn briefs, storyboards, and visual references into polished, production-ready AI video.

Requirements

• Professional experience creating high-quality generative AI video.
• Strong working knowledge of Seedance 2.5 and other current video/image models.
• Strong visual instincts for cinematography, composition, lighting, movement, and realism.
• Ability to take creative direction and independently own AI execution from concept through finished shots.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate quickly.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating high-end generative video work required.

What You’ll Do

• Generate high-quality video and imagery using Seedance 2.5 and other leading generative AI models.
• Translate creative direction and references into effective prompts and generation strategies.
• Maintain consistency across characters, environments, products, lighting, and overall visual style.
• Rapidly iterate, troubleshoot difficult shots, and identify the best approach to achieve the desired result.
• Stay current on emerging generative models and workflows.

Bonus Skills

• AI-assisted upscaling, cleanup, restoration, denoising, rotoscoping, or masking.
• AI-assisted VFX, compositing, color, or relighting workflows.
• Experience integrating AI-generated material into traditional post-production pipelines.
• Scripting or automation experience for AI and post-production workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
