Hi, I’m Giovanny Apostolo, with a degree in Music Technology and Production from London Metropolitan University, I have structured my career around two complementary pillars that allow me to approach any project from a 360-degree perspective:
As a Sound Designer and Game Audio Specialist: I focus on sonic storytelling and technical optimization. Beyond creating assets from scratch (synthesis, foley, field recording), I understand how they must function within a game engine. My workflow integrates Wwise with Unity or Unreal Engine, ensuring that audio is dynamic, functional, and performance-optimized in real-time. I rely on Reaper and Pro Tools for surgical post-production precision.
On the other hand, my career is equally rooted in Music Production: This is where technique serves emotion. I work on composition, arranging, and mixing original music for film, sonic branding, and digital content. My proficiency in Logic Pro and Ableton Live allows me to move fluidly across genres, always seeking a unique sonic identity that reinforces the visual message. I view music not as background noise, but as a UX tool capable of guiding user engagement.
This duality allows me to speak the language of both developers and artists, facilitating a workflow where sound design and music intertwine organically and coherently.
