Reports to: Head of Production / Executive Creative Director

We’re looking for a freelance Post Production Supervisor to assist our team with post-production for social-first video content across multiple platforms. This role is about managing people, process, and quality in a fast-moving environment where videos are built for feeds. If you’ve worked in social, branded, or digital-first video—and love that world—you’ll feel right at home. You’ll oversee branded social content projects, manage small editorial teams, create and maintain timelines, troubleshoot challenges, and keep quality high from first cut to final delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Post Production Supervising

• Deep knowledge of post-production workflows

• Knowledge of post-production software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Frame.io), color grading tools, sound design processes

• Ability to manage complex, multi-stage, and fast-paced projects, creating detailed schedules and workflows while adhering to strict budgets

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage creative teams (editors, VFX artists, sound designers, mixers, colorists, etc) while communicating effectively with directors, stakeholders, and clients

• Understanding of video codecs, file formats, frame rates, and digital distribution requirements a bonus
