Job Description:
- Works with Speaker and Program Team for Call for Proposals, SMEs, and administer Program Development and Delivery Program for events
- Works with Lead and Business owners in developing event programming that meet event objectives
- Point of contact for speakers and SME through all phases of development through execution
- Data entry into Aventri and event management system to maintain online program agenda online and event website
- Collaborate with Event Planner in overall use and execution of events
- Role includes travel and onsite work at in-person events
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience working in the event space with a background as Event Programming Specialist
- Demonstrated success in supporting multiple team members and various tasks
- Detail-oriented with independent decision-making experience

- Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
